Quaresimali
Products of fine almond pastries, hand made, which according to local traditions were eaten during religious Easter festivities.
In fact, the name Quaresimali derives from Quaresima “Lent”, the time preceding Easter, during which it was custom to prepare them.
They can be enjoyed with coffee, tea or dessert wines.
